Now that we’re in the middle of DDW 2016 registration, it may be helpful to review frequently asked questions before you start the registration process. With that in mind, Corie Stretton, DDW senior coordinator of convention activities, created a list for all users. Register on or before April 6 and save at least $75 on your fees. After this date, prices will increase. If you have any questions other than those listed below, please submit them to the comments section and DDW Administration will answer shortly.

Q: How do I know what registration category I should select?

Q: Do I need a DDW ID number to register?
A: No. If you’re a member or attended DDW in the past three years, you can search for your information by your email or last name and zip code. If you are a nonmember and have not attended DDW in the past three years, you can register as a nonmember.

Q: How can I obtain an invitation letter?
A: Upon completing registration, there is a link to your invitation letter in both your confirmation email and the Registration Resource Center. If you need an invitation letter prior to registering, email with your name and address, and we will respond with a digital copy of your letter.

Q: How can I make general changes to my registration?
A: Any edits to your personal information or registration can be made at our Registration Resource Center. Here, you can add additional items/ticketed sessions, update your email address, and print your invitation letter.

Q: What is included with my registration?
A: With a full conference registration, attendees can:

  • Attend and claim CME credit for most general scientific sessions.
  • Explore the Exhibit and Poster Halls to see the latest GI products and innovations.
  • Access DDW On Demand, an online-only library including nearly 400 hours of presentations from DDW 2016. With so many concurrent sessions during the meeting, DDW On Demand is a great resource that allows you to maximize your meeting experience by viewing sessions you are not able to attend on site.
