DDW is again excited to offer ePosters, electronic versions of posters presented in the DDW Poster Hall. ePosters give poster authors the chance to expand the reach of their science by allowing electronic presentation during the meeting and after the Poster Hall closes. Authors have the opportunity to submit a PDF version of their poster, along with video and audio narration to explain their findings and highlight important points.

ePosters also give attendees the chance to ask questions and communicate with poster presenters. Using the ePosters forum feature, attendees can forward comments or questions to the presenting author. Presenters have the ability to respond to questions privately or publicly in the forum for the poster.

DDW attendees can view ePosters at the ePosters kiosks, located in Hall C. Starting on Saturday, May 21, attendees can unlock priority access to DDW ePosters by scanning the QR code on a poster board or by visiting http://ddw.apprisor.org/ and entering their DDW badge ID numbers. Attendees can unlock priority access Sunday, May 22, through Tuesday, May 24, by visiting Shire Booth #3443. Once unlocked, attendees will be able to view submitted ePosters online or in the Poster Hall using the poster board QR codes.

The ePosters archive will be available to the public in late June at https://ddw.scientificposters.com/.

DDW gratefully acknowledges Shire for funding this valuable resource.
