Abstract submission for DDW 2016 is now open. Here is everything you need to know to submit successfully.
The Submission Process
All abstracts must be submitted online at ddw2016.abstractcentral.com. You will need to log in or create an account before you can submit. There is a $60 non-refundable processing charge per abstract. You have the option of paying with Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express®. Abstracts are not fully submitted for consideration until payment has been confirmed.
The site will provide you with instructions, or you can refer to the step-by-step guide and the full set of Abstract Submission Guidelines to walk you through the process. You may also benefit from viewing the abstract submission demonstration video.
The online abstract submission site will close at 9 p.m. ET Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015. After the submission period ends, all abstracts will be peer-reviewed and ranked on the basis of scientific merit by experts in the category selected. The DDW Program Committee will use these rankings to develop the final meeting program.
Abstracts are selected for presentation either as posters or as short lecture presentations. Authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance or rejection via email in mid-February, 2016.
